Stake and Returns
Also called: Potential payout, Total return
The stake is the amount risked; the potential return is stake × decimal odds and INCLUDES the stake back, so profit is the return minus the stake.
Confusing return with profit is the most common way people overestimate what a bet pays.

In this demo
The bet slip pre-fills a £10 stake for each new selection, recalculates the potential return live as the stake changes, and carries a permanent demo-mode badge. Because selections in the same market on the same match replace one another, you cannot back two outcomes of the same market at once.
