1. Who we are and what this site is

Bets.tv is a second-screen companion product designed to run alongside a live sports broadcast. This build is a public demo and prototype meant to illustrate the product vision. All matches, odds, AI commentary, and bets are entirely simulated. Nothing settles, and no real money changes hands.

2. Not a bookmaker, not gambling

We are not a licensed gambling operator. We hold no gambling licence, take no stakes, hold no customer funds, and offer no real betting. Nothing on the site is an offer to gamble. Note that because no real gambling is offered, the demo does not require a gambling licence, but the site is still intended for adults.

3. Age restriction

This site is intended for users aged 18 or over. The content relates to gambling mechanics and terminology and is unsuitable for under-18s. A real deployment of this product would require strict identity and age verification via licensed partners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to break, overload, abusively scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. You must not use the site unlawfully, nor present it as a real betting service to third parties.

5. Demo data and no reliance

All odds, statistics, form data, and AI-generated commentary or answers are simulated or illustrative. They must not be relied on for real betting decisions, financial decisions, or as factual sporting information. AI output can be inaccurate or wholly fabricated.

6. Intellectual property

The Bets.tv name, branding, interface, and original content are owned by the operator. Team and competition names are used strictly in a descriptive, illustrative capacity and remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied.

7. Third-party links

We link to external support organisations and other sites for your convenience and safety. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external destinations.

8. Availability and changes

This demo is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, and the service may change, break, or be permanently withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of or reliance on the demo platform. However, nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory local consumer protections that may apply to you.
